New Jersey City University and the men's assistant coach the last two seasons, has been elevated to head men's volleyball coach for the 2012 season.
Rodgers, one of the most accomplished players in the history of either the men's or women's volleyball programs at NJCU, will be the 10
th head coach in program history. He succeeds
Carlo Edra, `07, who resigned last month after four seasons to pursue other career opportunities outside of intercollegiate athletics.
Rodgers recently completed his first season as NJCU's women's volleyball coach in October.
