New Jersey City University Athletics

All University organizations are covered under the University's policy. Non-University Organizations/Individuals shall carry Commercial General Liability Insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 per occurrence, including New Jersey City University as an additional insured on the policy, and shall provide NJCU with a certificate of said insurance along with the additional insured endorsement to the policy. Such insurance shall be primary over other collectible insurance that may apply and shall include coverage for indemnification specified in the rental contract.
