NJCU Athletics Facility Rental Request Procedure

All organizations or individuals (University-affiliated or otherwise) wishing to request space in an Athletic Department facility can visit the below site to submit said request.

  • All requests must be submitted via the online rental request form.     
  • Requests must be made more than 3 weeks prior to your event start date.
  • Once received, a member of the Facility and Operations office will review your request and contact you if any further information is needed to consider your request. If the event can be accommodated within the aforementioned guidelines, and facility specific considerations, a member of the Facility and Operations office will provide the requesting party a notice of approval and directions by which to proceed.
  • Once all event details have been confirmed and finalized, a contract containing said details, estimated rental fees/operating expenses, and remaining pertinent information will be sent to the requesting party. A signed copy of this agreement, required insurance documentation, security deposit (if applicable) must be received at least two weeks prior to the event date.
