New Jersey City University Athletics

Played four years of varsity basketball under coaches Dr. John Reckzeh and Les Fries, and helped to establish the college’s fine basketball tradition.  The first member of the 1,000 Point Club (1,047), he was honored as an All Conference First Team selection in both 1958 and 1959, the initial years of the NJSCAC.  A former president of the Student Government Association, he is now president of Brandes, Poulos, and Preston Sales Company.  Don resides in Cranford, NJ with his wife and two children.
