In a 1-1 week for NJCU, sophomore forward KELLY DALY (Bayonne, NJ/Bayonne) scored twice, and added two assists, to finish the year with a single-season record 14 goals. She has been named the NJCU Women's Student-Athlete of the Week for the second time this season. In addition to 14 scores, she tallied five assists for 33 total points, which is four better than the previous single-season record of 29.

In a 7-0 rout of Mount Saint Mary College on October 29, Daly scored once and added two assists, before playing the entire second half at sweeper. Daly notched her 14th goal to give NJCU a 3-0 lead at 9:05 with the Knights’ third goal in a span of 1:30, as she hit a one-timer inside the left post past a charging keeper. He also assisted on the second and fifth goals. Her 33 points are second in a season in school history.

In a 3-1 loss to William Paterson University on October 26, she had the game-tying goal late in the second half. That score, which tied the game at 1-1 in the 77th minute, was her 13th goal of the season, breaking the single-season record of 12 achieved by Michelle Reilly in 1994. Three minutes after WPU went ahead 1-0, NJCU got even, as Daly lofted her record-breaking goal over the WPU keeper, as she charged to cut off the angle at 76:03.

Through November 1, Daly ranks in the top six in the conference in six categories. She ranks second in shots per game (3.53), third in goals and shots (67), fourth in points, fifth in goals per game (0.74) and sixth in points per game (1.74).
