New Jersey City University women's volleyball team to eight kills in a 25-13, 25-9, 25-9 sweep in the final match of the Devils Quad, hosted by FDU-Florham on Friday evening at the Ferguson Rec Center.
Baruch, which went 2-1 at the four-team event, improved to 9-5 with the win, while hitting .247 overall (30-12-73). NJCU (3-5) was held to a -.140 attack rate (8-16-57), its lowest offensive percentage since hitting -.203 against Montclair State University on September 12, 2000. The Bearcats combined for 20 service aces and lead the all-time series, 7-2.

NJCU is back on the court on Tuesday, September 27 at 7 p.m. when it faces Polytechnic Institute of New York University in a non-conference match in Brooklyn, NY.
