In defeat, junior goalkeeper BRITTANY HOFFMAN (McMurray, PA/Peters Township) and sophomore transfer Cassie Lubonski (Edison, NJ/Edison) each played one half. Hoffman made seven saves against 12 shots while Lubonski stopped six shots, facing 13. CSI's Victoria Donegan made two saves in the shutout.

In the first of two meetings between the clubs this year, all of CSI's offense came from two players. Demi-Jean Martorano and Samantha Wysokowski each netted a hat trick.
