New Jersey City University men's volleyball team lost twice on February 7, falling to host Vassar College, 3-1 (25-6, 25-20, 22-25, 25-19) before being swept by Wentworth Institute of Technology, 3-0 (25-11, 25-22, 25-14) on the Brewers' court.
NJCU (3-3) had its three-match winning streak snapped in the Vassar (6-3) match when the Gothic Knights put up a considerably better offensive effort than in its loss to Wentworth (9-2). The Leopards had a combined 12.0 blocks in the victory.
