JERSEY CITY, N.J. (NJCUGothicKnights.com) | New Jersey City University's rescheduled baseball doubleheader with the City College of New York, slated to be made up on Sunday, March 15, has been postponed with an undetermined new date for the twinbill.

With the second cancellation of a pair of games originally scheduled for March 1, NJCU hopes to open the northern portion of its schedule and play its home opener on Wednesday, March 18 at 3:30 p.m. against SUNY Old Westbury at the Thomas M. Gerrity Athletic Complex in Jersey City.

Should NJCU get that game in, the Gothic Knights will seek to build upon a 3-3 record. NJCU won the final three games of its spring trip after an 0-3 start, notching 48 runs and 53 hits in the last three contests.
