JERSEY CITY, N.J. (NJCUGothicKnights.com) | Ramapo College, the defending New Jersey Athletic Conference champion, scored seven runs in the sixth inning in game one and limited
New Jersey City University to two hits in game two as the Roadrunners swept an NJAC doubleheader on April 6, 14-2 and 8-0, both in six innings.
Â
On a cold day with brisk winds at the Thomas M. Gerrity Athletic Complex, Ramapo extended its winning streak to nine in a row and improved to 13-5 (4-0 NJAC). NJCU, after an eight-game winning streak, fell to 11-9 overall and 0-4 in the NJAC.
