(NJCUGothicKnights.com) | With field conditions from last week's winter storm still not playable, the New Jersey City University softball non-conference doubleheader slated for Thursday, March 23 has been postponed and rescheduled for Thursday, April 20 at 3 p.m. at NJCU's Thomas M. Gerrity Athletic Complex. | Updated Softball Schedule
 
If conditions permit, NJCU will finally play its home opener on Sunday, March 26 at 12 p.m. with a non-conference doubleheader against defending CUNYAC champion Staten Island. NJCU is 5-3 overall but has not played since March 9 when it returned from Naples, Fla. The postponement is the third straight for the NJCU softball program.
