JERSEY CITY, N.J. (NJCUGothicKnights.com) | New Jersey City University's road non-conference doubleheader at Penn State Abington, originally scheduled for Sunday, March 26, has been moved up 24 hours and will be played on Saturday, March 25 at Alverthorpe Park in Jenkintown, Pa. The schools will play two seven-inning baseball contests with game one first pitch slated for 12 p.m.
 
NJCU (2-6), which played its first game in 15 days yesterday and defeated Drew on the road, 10-6, faces the Nittany Lions (1-12). Abington's scheduled Saturday doubleheader against St. Joseph's (Brooklyn) was cancelled, making way for the game change. Saturday's forecast calls for temperatures in the low 70s with Sunday seeing expected rain and temperatures in the 40s.
