WASHINGTON, N.J. — The New Jersey City University men's golf team competed at the Rosemont College Invitational on Friday, April 16, and saw a strong outing from the trio that competed on the day at Hawk Pointe Golf Club.
Overall, four teams competed with Stevens Institute of Technology winning the event with at 293. Individually, the Gothic Knights were once again led by junior
Joshua Marseille (Linden, NJ/The Wardlaw + Hartridge School), who placed 17th overall with a round of 87. Also shooting in double digits on the day were graduate student and team captain
Justin Davis (Vancleave, Miss./Vancleave), as well as junior
Zachary Ware (Fort Lee, N.J./Bergen Community College). The pair finished 20th and 21st with rounds of 95 and 97, respectively.
The squad returns to action on Sunday, April 18, for a dual match at Marywood University in Tunkhannock, Pa. at the Stone Hedge Golf Course, with action getting underway at 1:00 p.m.
