SUGARLOAF, Pa. — The New Jersey City University women's golf team competed at the 2022 Atlantic East Conference Championship on Friday, Oct. 28, on the par-71, 5,635-yard course at Valley Country Club.
For the Gothic Knights, both sophomore Destiney Duhaney and freshman
Meadow Ciccarella (Hawthorne, N.J./Hawthorne) earned Second Team All-Atlantic East honors, finishing sixth and seventh with round of 97 and 100, respectively. For Duhaney, she now has back-to-back Second Team All-Conference honors as a freshman and sophomore.
Overall, the tournament was won by Marymount University for the fourth straight season, while the Saints' Hunter Gillis won the individual title. Senior
Eliza Clamor (Auckland, New Zealand/Rangitoto College) also competed on the day for the Gothic Knights and placed 14th.
