FLEETWOOD, Pa. — The New Jersey City University women's golf program saw the sun set one final time as the Gothic Knights competed in the Albright College Invitational on Wednesday, April 19, on the par-72, 6,077-yard course at Golden Oaks Golf Club. It was the season finale and final event for the Gothic Knights.
York College (Pa.) won the event with a 329 team scored, while the Spartans' own Grace Strickland won the event with a plus-three round of 75. As for the Gothic Knights, freshman
Meadow Ciccarella (Hawthorne, N.J./Hawthorne) fired off a round of 95 to place 13th overall. Sophomore
Destiny Duhaney (Freeport, Bahamas/Mary Star of the Sea Catholic Academy) was a few spots bock in 18th place after she shot a 113 on Wednesday.
