GALLOWAY, N.J. – The New Jersey City University (NJCU) women's cross country team raced at the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championship, hosted by Stockton University, on Saturday, Nov. 1. The Gothic Knights ran the 6k race for the second time this season.
Fifth year
Reyanna Henderson (Pemberton, N.J./Pemberton Two) led all Gothic Knights, crossing the finish line with a season-best time of 30:43.3 for 72
nd place. Senior
Raven Orange (Carteret, N.J./Carteret) followed .1 seconds later for 73
rd place. Her time of 30:43.4 is a career best.
Rookie
Kiona Webber (Hackensack, N.J./Hackensack) finished 77
th with a time of 33:02.6, shedding more than five minutes off her season-best 6k finish. Senior
Tonna Ogina (North Brunswick, N.J./Highland Park) rounded out the scoring, crossing 84
th with a time of 37:06.9.
