DANBURY, Conn. – The Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) announced its 2025 Division III Women's Volleyball All-ECAC teams on Thursday, Dec. 11, naming junior outside hitter
Kai Fitzpatrick (Hillsborough, NJ/Hillsborough High School) to the First Team.
Fitzpatrick played a pivotal role in leading the Gothic Knights to a runner-up finish in the 2025 Division III ECAC Tournament. In the five-set semifinal victory over FDU-Florham, she delivered 28 kills on .275 hitting while adding 13 digs, three assists, one block assist, and a service ace. NJCU advanced to the championship match against top-seeded Hartwick, where Fitzpatrick again posted 28 kills, hitting .209, alongside 16 digs, two assists, one service ace, and one block assist.
A consistent force all season, Fitzpatrick started all 26 matches and led the team with 543 points. She recorded a team-high 486 kills (5.01 per set) and contributed 305 digs (3.14 per set). Within the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC), she topped the league in points per set (5.60) and kills per set (5.01), while also finishing top-10 in digs per set (10
th, 3.14) and top-20 in both service aces (14th, 0.44) and hitting percentage (19th, .212).
During her standout rookie campaign, Fitzpatrick earned Second Team All-NJAC honors, was a two-time NJAC Player of the Week, and a two-time NJAC Rookie of the Week.
