PITMAN, NJ - The New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) released its 2025 Preseason Softball Coaches Poll. The Gothic Knights were selected to finish 10th by the coaches.
Last season, the NJCU Gothic Knights softball team finished 13-22, 4-14, good for an 8th place finish in the conference. This season, the Gothic Knights will look to build upon last season and punch their ticket to the NJAC Tournament.
Rowan topped the list with 9 first-place votes, followed by TCNJ, which received one. Ramapo, Stockton, and Kean round out the top five in the NJAC. Montclair was selected to finish 6th, while Rutgers-Camden was tabbed as the dark horse this season. William Paterson was next on the list, followed by Rutgers-Newark. The Gothic Knights graduated seven seniors last season and finished 8th but were selected 10th for the 2025 season.
