Jaheim Lewis Named to All-NJAC Honorable Mention Team

PITMAN, N.J. – The New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) unveiled its Men's Basketball All-Conference selections today, with New Jersey City University (NJCU) guard Jaheim Lewis (Hillside, N.J./Hillside) earning a spot on the Honorable Mention team.

The senior from Hillside, N.J., has been a key player for NJCU, showcasing his scoring ability with an average of 13.4 points per game while maintaining an efficient shooting percentage of 45.2% from the field and 33.8% from three-point range.

Beyond his offensive contributions, Lewis has excelled in several other areas. He leads the team in rebounds, pulling down 6.2 boards per game, and ranks second in the NJAC with 195 total rebounds, good for 7.8 rebounds per contest. His free-throw shooting is also impressive, with a 70.6% clip that helped him finish in the Top 20 for the conference. In addition to his scoring and rebounding, Lewis has proven to be a well-rounded player, contributing 1.9 assists, 1.0 steals, and playing an average of 29.6 minutes per game. This marks Lewis' his first NJAC accolade.
