PITMAN, N.J. – The New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) has announced its 2025 Baseball All-Conference selections, with New Jersey City University (NJCU) standout
Garrett Allo (Monroe, N.J./East Brunswick Tech) earning Honorable Mention honors for the second year in a row. The graduate student and third baseman concludes his collegiate career with back-to-back conference recognition, having also been named Honorable Mention in 2024.
Allo put together a stellar final season for the Gothic Knights, ranking among the NJAC's top ten in five major statistical categories. He finished third in the conference in stolen bases (24), seventh in at-bats (152), eighth in both hits (54) and doubles (13), and tenth in runs batted in (40). Offensively, he was the driving force behind NJCU's lineup, leading the team in nearly every major category: walks (24), slugging percentage (.579), hits, RBIs, stolen bases, doubles, home runs (5), and total bases (88).
Over the course of his NJCU career, Allo proved to be a consistent and durable performer. He started in 114 of the 115 games he played, compiling a career batting average of .326. His career totals include 429 at-bats, 140 hits, 101 runs scored, 75 RBIs, 26 doubles, 10 home runs, six triples, and 70 walks. Defensively, he recorded a .919 fielding percentage at third base and in the outfield.
