Junior
Tonna Ogina (North Brunswick, N.J./Highland Park) made an immediate impact in her first academic year at NJCU and earned multiple All-Conference honors. She was named First Team All-NJAC in the high jump after capturing the conference title with a mark of 1.57 meters, becoming the first athlete in NJCU history to win an NJAC outdoor high jump championship. Ogina also received Honorable Mention recognition in both the long jump and triple jump. At the championship meet, she earned two bronze medals by jumping 11.05 meters in the triple jump and 5.41 meters in the long jump. Hailing from North Brunswick, N.J., Ogina was also named NJAC Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week for the week of April 7–13.
At the 2025 NJAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships, Henderson delivered a strong performance, securing third-place finishes in both races. She clocked a time of 12.66 seconds in the 100 meters and followed up with a 25.98-second finish in the 200 meters. Her performance in the 200 meters now ranks as the eighth-fastest time in NJCU women's track & field history, cementing her legacy as one of the program's top sprinters.
Reyanna Henderson (Pemberton, N.J./Pemberton Two) earned All-NJAC Honorable Mention honors in both the 100-meter and 200-meter dash events. Earlier this season, Henderson was also recognized as the NJAC Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week for the period of March 24–30.
