PITMAN, N.J. – The New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) has named sophomore
Meghan Gentile (Roseland, N.J./Immaculate Conception) to the All-NJAC Second Team for the 2025–26 season, earning the first All-Conference honor of her career.
Gentile was a driving force for the New Jersey City University Gothic Knights, who finished the season 9–16 overall and 7–11 in NJAC play.
Starting 21 of 22 games, Gentile logged more than 820 minutes and averaged 35.7 minutes per contest. She led the team in scoring at 20.2 points per game, totaling 462 points during her sophomore campaign.
Gentile shot 37.8 percent from the field (165-of-437) and 32.9 percent from three-point range (72-of-219). She was also exceptional at the free-throw line, converting a team-best 90.9 percent (60-of-66).
Among NJAC leaders, Gentile ranked first in scoring (20.1 ppg), free-throw percentage (.909), and three-point field goals per game (3.1). She also placed second in three-point percentage (.329) and minutes played (35.7 mpg), fourth in field-goal percentage (.378), 16th in steals (1.6 spg), and 18th in rebounding (5.3 rpg).
