PHILADELPHIA, PA | The New Jersey City University (NJCU) men's and women's track and field squads raced at the TCNJ Indoor Last Chance meet held at the UPENN Ott Center.
Tonna Ogina (North Brunswick, N.J./Highland Park) placed 3rd in the high jump with a height of 1.58m, securing her spot in regionals. Lucy Pelaez (Jersey City, N.J./Snyder) participated in the weight throw and recorded a distance of 9.76m.
For the men, Goncalo Carvalho (Newark, N.J./East Side) finished 17th with a time of 2:03.70 in the 800m, while David Dewberry (Hillsborough, N.J./Hillsborough) finished 7th in the triple jump with a distance of 13.11m.
