PITMAN, N.J. – The New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) named senior
Tonna Ogina (North Brunswick, N.J./Highland Park) the 2025–26 Indoor Outstanding Field Athlete on Wednesday, March 7. She becomes the first athlete in program history to earn the honor and the first to receive an NJAC award in back-to-back seasons after being named Rookie of the Year last season.
Ogina captured conference titles in both the triple jump and high jump, while also earning a silver medal in the long jump at the NJAC Indoor Championships. She recorded a first-place mark of 11.18 meters in the triple jump and cleared 1.63 meters in the high jump, which set a new career best. In the long jump, Ogina finished second with a 5.37-meter jump. Her performances secured two First Team All-NJAC selections and one Second Team All-NJAC selection.
Her latest accomplishments add to an already impressive résumé. Ogina previously won high jump gold during the 2025 outdoor season and captured the long jump title in the 2024–25 indoor season.
Ogina is set to compete today in the high jump, triple jump, and long jump at the All-Atlantic Region Track & Field Conference Indoor Championships (AARTFC).
