EWING, N.J. | The New Jersey City University (NJCU) men's and women's track and field teams competed at the Rick McCorkle Invite hosted by The College of New Jersey, with the Gothic Knights posting several personal bests and a national ranking.

Reyanna Henderson (Pemberton, N.J./Pemberton Two) led the Gothic Knights with a pair of podium finishes in the sprints. Henderson claimed second in the 100m with a time of 12.42 before capturing first place in the 200m with a season-best 25.04 that ranks 50th nationally in Division III.

Raven Orange (Carteret, N.J./Carteret) delivered a personal best in the 100m, placing fifth with a time of 12.59.

Kyanah-Belle Jean-Louis (Montreal, Canada/Washington Township (N.J.)) recorded personal bests in both sprint events, finishing 14th in the 100m (13.63) and 28th in the 200m (28.31). Natalie Lozano (Bronx, N.Y./Herbert H. Lehman) also posted personal bests, placing 20th in the 100m (14.55) and 39th in the 200m (31.34). Dyanne Pelaez finished 21st in the 100m with a personal best 16.09 and 40th in the 200m (34.33).

In the javelin, Hailey Beck (Mount Laurel, N.J./Lenape Regional) led the Gothic Knights with a 19th-place finish at 23.15m. Izabella Luna (Belleville, N.J./Belleville) placed 21st with a personal best 16.57m, while Tehana Savory (Queens, N.Y./Brooklyn Technical) finished 22nd at 15.20m.

Tonna Ogina (North Brunswick, N.J./Highland Park) participated at the Penn Relays and finished 32nd in the high jump with a height of 1.60m. 

Isaiah Ramirez (Edison, N.J./John P. Stevens) paced the Gothic Knights with a fourth-place finish in the 400m, clocking 49.98.

Kameron McGainey (Union, N.J./Union) competed in both sprint events, finishing 39th in the 100m (11.88) and 52nd in the 200m with a personal best 24.44.

In the middle distances, Goncalo Carvalho (Newark, N.J./East Side) finished 27th in the 800m (2:02.61), while Jeremiah Saunders (Bloomfield, N.J./Bloomfied) placed 51st (2:09.17).

Sirell Clark (Jersey City, N.J./University Academy Charter) competed in the discus, placing 26th with a mark of 28.73m.
