2007-2008 Highlights: (11/06; North East Women’s Bowling Conference Event #1): The only other Gothic Knight to bowl all five NCAA matches, as she tallied total wood of 998 (195, 220, 223, 170, 190) for a 199.6 average. She was 2-3 in head-to-head competition bowling from the No. 2 scout position... (11/21 at Maryland Easter Shore Hawk Classic): Rolled five games for an 862 total (160-204-201-183-114-0) and 172.40 clip, finishing 66^th... (12/04 at St. Paul's College Tournament): Had NJCU’s second highest pinfall, a six-game total of 1,110 for a 185.00 average (203-181-182-190-185-169). She placed 10^th overall in the tournament. She was the only other NJCU player to bowl all six individual games... (12/28 at FDU Holiday Jamboree): Finished with a four-game average of 190.75 and 763 pinfall (213-199-199-152)...  (01/19; North East Women’s Collegiate Bowling Conference Event #3): Bowled the first four games, finishing with 760 total wood (219-191-172-178), a 190.00 average and 3-1 record in a leadoff role; she is 6-7 overall...(01/22; North East Women’s Collegiate Bowling Conference Event #4): Logged a 201. The win over FDU and had a 356 pinfall in two games (155-201) for a 178.0 average... (01/27 at Bowie State University Invitational): Chalked up a 194 in her lone game, which gave her the 31st best average... (02/09 at Capital Classic): Opened the 2008 Capital Classic by singing the national anthem for the tournament crowd, and then went out and bowled stars and strikes for the Gothic Knights. had the highest tournament average this season by an NJCU bowler with 256, finishing with a five-game pinfall of 1,140 (256-246-206-246-186), for a 228.0 average. Her three-game series of 708 was also an NJCU season high... (02/10): Named Most Valuable Player of the Capital Classic, as she placed first overall of 92 bowlers in Saturday’s individual action. Her 1,140 pinfall was 47 better than any other athlete in the field, and her 228.0 average was nearly 10 pins per game higher than the second place competitor. It is the third time this year that an NJCU kegler has been named MVP of a tournament... (02/27 at Bowie State University Invitational): Chalked up a 194 in her lone game, which gave her the 31^st best average... (03/07 at Eastern College Athletic Conference Singles Championship): Reached as high as ninth in the standings, before finishing 15^th with a 744 pinfall and 186.00 average (199-181-178-186)... (03/08 at College Athletic Conference Women’s Bowling Championship): Third among NJCU bowlers with a 982 pinfall and a 196.4 average in five games (182-221-186-189-204). She had a 221 in the loss to Kutztown... (03/09 at College Athletic Conference Women’s Bowling Championship; Finals): Placed ninth (982) for her fifth Top 10 performance of the season... (03/15 at Columbia 300 Music City Classic):  Finished third as she bowled a 1,189 total pinfall (180-202-189-210-223-185) for a 198.17 average. It was her second Top 5 and fourth Top 10 performance of the year... (03/16): Claimed her second All-Tournament Team nod of the year... (04/10 at 2008 NCAA National Collegiate Women’s Bowling Championships): Placed fifth as she registered her sixth Top 10 and third Top 5 finish of what has been a breakout sophomore campaign. She had a four-game pinfall of 811 (165-189-211-246) for a 202.75 average, and her 246 high game was the second highest individual game of the tournament out of 160 total bowled...

2006-07 Highlights: (11/01; North East Women’s Bowling Conference Event #1): NJCU’s rookie from Long Island, bowled the final two games to finish with 411 total wood and a 205.5 average in her collegiate debut, including a 225 against Sacred Heart and was 2-0 in head-to-head competition...(11/05; North East Women’s Collegiate Bowling Conference Event #2): Enjoyed the biggest day of her young collegiate career, as she had an eight-game total pinfall of 1614 and a 201.75 average, to lift NJCU to three victories at the North East Women’s Collegiate Bowling Conference.  She had a 599 series in the singles portion of the event, for a 199.667 average (204-212-183), earning three points. She had a 1015 pinfall in five NCAA matches for a 203.0 average, going 3-2 in head-to-head matches. Her high game and the best by any NJCU bowler on Saturday was a 235 against Adelphi, and she was the only Knight to defeat FDU. She is 5-2 this season... (11/27; Jeannette Lee Invitational): Placed 19^th with a 704 four-game pinfall and 176.0 average at the Jeanette Lee Invitational...(01/22; North East Women’s Collegiate Bowling Conference Event #3): added a 195.125 rate as NJCU went 4-1 overall. Individually, D'Angelo had the best overall record at 4-0-1 in the No. 2 position. She collected two singles points for NJCU...(02/04; Mid-Winter Classic): Rolled the first two games and has 320 pins (167-153; 160.00), ranking 94^th...(03/10 at Eastern College Athletic Conference Championships): Registered the highest overall pinfall and average among athletes who did not bowl all five games. In four games, she had an 853 total (0-164-211-234-244) and a 213.25 average, placing 23^rd overall. She also made her mark with a stunning rendition of the national anthem to open the event...(04/01 at North East Women’s Collegiate Bowling Conference Singles Championship): One of the top 32 keglers based solely on average per game qualified league’s singles championship. There she was the last player to make the cut into the round of 16, finished strong to place 12^th overall with a count of 1993. High School: A June 2006 graduate of Longwood High School in Middle Island, New York where she was an honor student with a 3.6 grade point average…A four-year varsity bowler for the Lions for Coach Steve Abrams…A high school teammate of Sacred Heart University’s Sarah Novotny…As a junior and senior, was named All-Suffolk County, Suffolk All-Tournament Team and as a Section XI All-Star by the Suffolk Girls Bowling Coaches Association, and was team Most Valuable Player…A three-time All-League selection from 2004-06…Won the Suffolk County singles championship…Averaged 187.9 as a senior…Had a combined record of 56.5-12.5 as an anchor for the Lions as a junior and senior…Participated in the New York State Championships as a junior and senior…At the New York State sanctioned practice as a junior, shot a high game of 279 and shot her first 700 series (718) the next day…That year, she had the high game for Long Island at the New York State Championships (254)…As a senior, won the “Steve Carbone Award” which is awarded to the best female athlete for leadership, 100% participation and willingness to help others…Earned a 7-10 award for converting a 7-10 split…She also finished second in the Suffolk County Girls singles tournament with games of 257 and 222…Was one of six girls who bowled a 700 in the 2005-2006 season, tossing a 738 series (257-222-259)…Sang the national anthem at the Suffolk County Boys and Girls Bowling Championships in 2004 and 2005…Overall, her team competed in the Suffolk County championship all four years she was on the club, and the New York State championships in 2005 and 2006…Former high school teammate of Sacred Heart’s Sarah Novotny…Also played two years of softball for Coach Frances Montanino.
