Biography

2012 Highlights: (3/13 vs. Lesley @ Russ Matt Invitational): Started for the Knights but was wild, walking five, hitting one batter and throwing a pair of wild pitchers. He allowed one hit. (3/22 vs. St. Joseph's - Brooklyn): Picked up his first win of the season (1-0) and second of his career. In 5.0 innings, he allowed three earned runs (four total) and three hits with three strikeouts and two walks over 79 pitches. (3/25 vs. #27 St. Joseph's - Maine): Allowed one hit in a scoreless seventh inning for NJCU.

2011 Highlights: (3/5 vs. Clark University @ Russ Matt College Invitational): Struck out two batters against one walk in the seventh inning. (3/10 vs. Coe College @ Russ Matt College Invitational): Did not allow a hit in two innings of work with one strikeout. (4/21 @ The College of New Jersey): Pitched the eighth inning, allowing just one hit and one unearned run.

2010 Highlights:  (3/21 vs. St. Joseph's College- Brooklyn):  Threw a 1-2-3 fifth inning...(3/24 at CSI):  Closed the game in the ninth inning...He allowed two hits, but fanned two batters to conclude the game...(4/13 at Lehman College):  Started for NJCU and left in the lead...He allowed five earned runs and eight hits with four walks and two K’s in 6.0 innings...(4/23 vs. Rutgers-Newark):  Allowed one run and one hit with one strikeout in an eight-pitch eighth inning, before getting a key groundout to end the frame.

High School:  A June 2009 graduate of St. Mary’s High School in Jersey City, he played four seasons of varsity baseball for Coach Patrick Laguerre…He led the Ramblers to the 2009 Seglio Division county championship and was named Most Valuable Player…Helped St. Mary’s reach a state final…Played in the R.B.I. Tournament…Also played AAU baseball for the Jersey City Vipers for Coach Herman Stanford.
