2012 Highlights: (3/12 vs. Rhode Island College @ Russ Matt Invitational): Had one run and one RBI and made an impressive bare-handed catch and throw at third.
(3/13 vs. Lesley @ Russ Matt Invitational): Produced two RBIs in the win.
(3/17 vs. Sewanee @ Russ Matt Invitational): Got his first career start at second base and orchestrated three double plays, going 1-for-3 with one run.
(3/24 vs. #27 St. Joseph's - Maine): Went 2-for-4 in game one.
(3/29 @ Drew): Started the game at second base before throwing 2.0 innings with one run, one strikeout, one walk and two hits charged in his first career appearance on the mound.
(4/13 vs. Kean): Provided two RBIs in a 1-for-3, one-run effort.
(4/21 vs. Rowan): Went 4-for-8 with two runs scored.
Before NJCU: Transferred to NJCU from Wilmington University (Division II) via Hudson County Community College where he did not play.
High School: A June 2008 graduate of Saint Mary’s High School in Jersey City, NJ. Played two seasons of baseball and basketball—all varsity—for the Ramblers. Earned First-Team All-Hudson County Seglio Division honors in both sports, playing for Coach Patrick Laguerre (baseball) and both Laguerre and Tom Lalicata in basketball…In 2008, he was a First-Team Seglio selection at second base and Third-Team All-Hudson…He played in the state playoffs as a member of the baseball team and the county all-star game in basketball. Among his best basketball games as a shooting guard was a 25 point (10-13 FG) performance against McNair on January 4, 2008. That month he also scored 24 points against Union Catholic and 29 points against St. Joseph of the Palisades…He was named The Hudson Reporter Athlete of the Week on January 22, 2008 after the St. Joseph’s game…He began his high school career at Dickinson High School.
