2021: One of four runners to compete in all eight events … five top-25 finishes during the year … placed fifth with a 4K time of 14:55.50 at the Cairn Invite (9/3) ... followed up with a 31:33.20 time for 10th-place in the 8K at Purchase Invite (9/11) ... ran 31:02.80 in the 8K at Penn State Abington (9/25) for 20th-place … finished the 8K at MSMC (10/9) in 31:40.50 ... had a season-best 29:12.20 in the 8K at the NJAC Championships (10/30) for 36th place ... had the fourth-best finish on the team (26th) in the 8K at the ECAC Championships (11/6)... completed the 8K at the NCAA Regionals (11/13) in a time of 29:44.40.

2020-21: Placed third out of 20 at St. Peter’s (2/27) with a 19:55.74 in the 5k … placed 10th out of 27 at Stockton (3/5) with a 18:49.03 in the 5k … placed 19th out of 39 at NJACs (3/20) with a 28:24.80 in the 8k.

2019 Highlights: (8/30 @ Deer Path Park) Ran 18:20.11 at 5K track to finish first on the team and 37th overall (out of 121) at Season Opener… (9/14 @ NYIT Course) Ran 25:18.79 at 7.56K track to finish first on the team and 45th overall (out of 158) at New York Tech Invitational… (9/21 @ Stockton University) Ran 28:35.36 at 8K track to finish first on the team and 75th overall (out of 210) at Osprey Open… (11/2 @ Stockton University) Ran 27:27.5 at 8K track to set the NJCU record in the 8K at the NJAC Championships… (11/9 @ Hudson Valley Sports Dome) Ran 29:23.7 at 8K track to finish first on the team and 18th overall (out of 117) at the ECAC Championships…
