2021: Competed in 19 matches as a sophomore this season, including 10 starts on the outside … collected seven kills and eight digs at Cairn (9/14) … tallied a season-high eight kills against Saint Elizabeth (9/18) and two assists against MCLA (10/2) … registered season-bests in points (14), aces (6), digs (11) and total blocks (2) against Wilkes (10/23) … had multiple kills in seven-straight matches to end the season.

2020-21: Saw action in one match as a freshman in the abbreviated Spring season … finished with four kills at Montclair State (3/4).

High School: A 2020 graduate of Hudson Catholic Regional High School … also attended Watchung Hills Regional High School as a freshman and sophomore … played a total of four years of volleyball, including three on varsity.

Personal: Daughter of Christina and Brandon Newsome … has two brothers, Aiden and Amir … pursuing a career as a physician's assistant ... devoted to making change in the medical field; long-term goal is to bring comfort and empathy to everyone she can within her field.
