2022: Made nine appearances on the bump during the season, including seven starts … tied for the team lead in strikeouts (33) and wins (2) during the season ... tied for second on the team in starts (7) and innings-pitched (45.1) … picked up the victory in his season debut against Ohio Northern (3/8) after chucking six innings, striking out three and not allowing earned run ... tossed 3.1 scoreless innings, punching out two at TCNJ (4/2) ... threw season-high 7.1 innings and 111 pitches while only allowing three earned runs and striking out six against Rutgers-Camden (4/16) ... picked up another victory at home against Ramapo (4/23), going seven innings, allowing two earned runs and striking out a season-high eight batters ... completed 5.2 innings and struck out five at Rutgers-Newark (4/28) ... threw two thirds of a scoreless inning in final outing at William Patterson (4/30).
2021: Finished third on the team with 30.2 innings thrown, making nine total appearances, including five starts on the mound as a junior in the abbreviated 30-game season … was third on the team with 21 strikeouts … posted the best outing of his career, going 7.0 scoreless innings, striking out a career-best eight batters in the 7-0 victory over Rutgers-Camden (3/19) … went 5.1 innings, allowing four earned with four strikeouts a month later vs. the Scarlet Raptors (4/10) … threw 1.0 scoreless inning in relief at Kean (4/29) … also came in from the bullpen against Rutgers-Newark (5/1), throwing 3.1 innings and allowing two earned with a pair of Ks.
2020: Threw a team-high 21.2 innings in the abbreviated season, making four starts over five appearances as a sophomore before the season was cut short due to COVID-19 … tossed 6.0 quality innings, allowing two earned and strikeout out five at Swarthmore (2/29) … pitched 0.2 scoreless in relief in the win vs. Howard Payne (3/9) … went 8.0 strong innings, allowing four runs with two strikeouts at Trinity-Texas (3/10).
2019: Appeared in eight games on the mound as a rookie, making five starts … tossed 30.1 innings, including one complete game, striking out 10 batters … made his collegiate debut with 1.2 scoreless innings in relief vs. Illinois Wesleyan (3/9) … notched his first-career start, striking out one over 2.0 scoreless in the win over Wesley (3/17) … shined in an NJAC loss at William Paterson (4/12), throwing 8.0 innings and striking out one batter without allowing an earned run and surrendered just four hits.
High School: A 2018 graduate of Old Bridge High School … four-year baseball team member, including two years on varsity … conference all-star as a senior.
Personal: Son of Nancy and Tony Tannucilli … has one sister, Jackie … Aunt attended Jersey City State College for her master’s … also a member of the Gothic Knights’ men’s golf program.
