2022-23: Returned to the track and competed in five indoor and four outdoor meets ... has her name in the top 10 all-time in the indoor records nine times, including #1 (5:38.53) and #2 (5:39.88) in the mile and #1 (11:04.84) and #2 (11:14.42) in the 3,000m ... set the 3,000m record at the Seahawk Shootout (12/9), placing eighth overall ... set the mile record at the Spartan Invite (1/13) ... placed fifth in the 3,000m (11:14.42) at NJAC Indoors (2/20) ... PRed in the 800m (2:35.37) and placed third at East Stroudsburg (4/21) ... PRed in the 1,500m (5:17.11) at Widener (5/14-15).

2020-22: Attended NJCU but was not a member of the women's track & field program.

2019-20: Appeared in seven events as a freshman during indoors ... outdoor season was canceled due to COVID ... PRed in the 1,000m with a time of 3:36.86 to place third at the Seahawk Shootout (12/13) ... PRed in the mile with a time of 6:06.24 at the Spartan Invite (1/10) ... PRed in the 800m with a time of 2:43.71 at the NYC DIII Invite (1/31) ... PRed in the 500m with a time of 1:34.56 at the FastTrack Last Chance (2/28).

High School: A 2019 of William L. Dickinson High School ... four-year varsity soccer team member ... two-year captain ... also a three-year track & field team member ... captain as a senior ... also played two years of basketball ... also a one-year tennis team member ... Honor Society and Honor Roll student ... also played flag football.

Personal: Daughter of Rhoda Amalemba ... originally from Kenya ... has four siblings, Mercy, Bravin, Emanuel and Cornelius ... pursuing a career as a physical therapist ... also a member of the NJCU women's soccer program in the fall.
