The Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act requires co-educational institutions of postsecondary education that participate in a Title IV, federal student financial assistance program, and have an intercollegiate athletic program, to prepare an annual report to the Department of Education on athletic participation, staffing, and revenues and expenses, by men's and women's teams.
This report must be made available upon request to students, prospective students and the public by October 15 each year. The 2018 EADA report for New Jersey City University is available in Room 218 of the John Moore Athletic & Fitness Center (JMAC) and can also be obtained by contacting Shawn Tucker, Director of Athletics, at
ad@njcu.edu.
The data submitted to the Department of Education for the annual Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act can be accessed at the following site:
