2022: Played and started in 38 of 39 games as a junior as the team's primary third baseman ... finished with a .320 batting average after leading the team in at-bats (147), was tied for the team lead in triples (3), and was second in RBI (33), slugging percentage (.524)Â and hits (47), tied for second in doubles (12), was third in home runs (4) ... also made four appearances in relief on the mound, tossing 4.0 innings with five strikeouts and a 4.50 ERA ... had 15 multi-hit games and nine multi-RBI performances ... was 2-for-3 with two runs, three RBI, a double, a walk, a sacrifice fly and a stolen base in the win over UMass-Dartmouth (3/9) ... had three more RBI, going 1-for-2 with two runs, a walk, a sac fly and his first homer of the season in the win over St. Joe's-Brooklyn (3/18) ... went 2-for-5 the next day, adding two RBI, two runs, a double and a stolen base in the in at Manhattanville (3/19) ... one day later, he was 2-for-5 with two RBI and a double at Alvernia (3/20) ... dominated against St. Elizabeth (3/31), going 4-for-4 with five RBI, four runs, a triple, two walks, a stolen base and a pair of home runs -- including a grand slam -- in the win over the Eagles ... went 1-for-3 with three RBI, a walk, a sac fly and a run scored against Montclair State (4/15) ... was a combined 4-for-10 with three RBI, a run, a home run and a stolen base in the doubleheader split against Rutgers-Camden (4/16) ... was 2-for-4 with a RBI in game one and then drew four walks, scored once and stole a base in game two during the doubleheader sweep over Ramapo (4/23) ... ended the season going a combined 5-for-10 with four RBI, a pair of runs scored, a double, a stolen base and a sac bunt in the doubleheader split at William Paterson (4/30).
2021: Played in 29 of 30 games as a sophomore, making 25 starts between shortstop and third base … was third on the team in doubles (6), tied for third in walks (14) and was fourth in hits (21) … was 1-for-4 with a two-run double, also scoring a run and picking up a walk in the win at Centenary (3/13) … went 2-for-5 with a double, a walk and two runs at Montclair State (3/26) … registered a 3-for-6 performance in the doubleheader against William Paterson (3/27), recording two walks, two runs, a RBI and his first-career home run … went 2-for-3 with a double and a pair of walks at Stockton (4/3) … finished 2-for-5 with a double, a stolen base, two runs and two RBI at William Paterson (4/16) … went 2-for-4 with a double and a stolen base at TCNJ (4/17) … was 2-for-2 with a walk and a run vs. Rutgers-Newark (5/1).
2020: Appeared in seven games as a rookie, making three starts between third and shortstop before the season was cut short due to COVID-19 … made his collegiate pitching debut with 3.1 innings at Trinity-Texas (3/9) … recorded his first-career hit with a 2-for-3 performance, adding a stolen base, a double, a RBI and a run scored at Southwestern (3/11).
High School: A 2019 graduate of Trenton Catholic Preparatory Academy … also attended Steinert High School … two-year varsity baseball team member at Trenton Catholic … captain as a senior … first team all-conference as a senior and second team as a junior.
Personal: Son of Kalyn and Dominick Vizzoni … has two siblings, Dominick and Alexa … minoring in pre-law … plans to attend law school after graduation in pursuit of a career as a lawyer.
