Biography

Alvarez on Brus: Brus is a returning senior and one of the team generals.  This guy is a no nonsense type of player who genuinely has a love for the game, and I see him being around for a very long time.  Brus will be one of our starting catchers this year and will also possibly see some time in the outfield or third base if we need him.  A great student of the game who is in top flight condition and is looking to lead this team to the playoffs.  We look for Brus to hit in the middle of the order coming off a .300 conference average. He is also one of four captains and our representative on the Student Athlete Advisory Committee.”

For Starters: Serves as the Vice Chair of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee at NJCU.
