2021: Competed in six of the eight races as a junior … three top-20 finishes, including 14th-place at MSMC (10/9), with an 8K time of 30:11.20 ... made season-debut at Penn State Abington (9/25) in the 8K with a 15th-place finish at 30:23.50 ... third-best finish (55th) on the team in the 8K at NJAC Championship (10/30) in a time of 27:59.10 ... second-best finish on the team and one of only two top-20 finishers (19th) at ECAC Championships (11/6) with a time of 29:57.80 ... one of two with a top-100 (90th) finish at NCAA Regionals (11/13) in the 8K, finishing in 29:09.40.

2020-21: Placed sixth out of 20 at St. Peter’s (2/27) with a 20:15.00 in the 5k … placed ninth out of 27 at Stockton (3/5) with a 18:43.37 in the 5k … placed 24th out of 39 at NJACs (3/20) with a 29:13.80 in the 8k.

2019 Highlights: (8/30 @ Deer Path Park) Ran 18:54.31 at 5K track for Season Opener… (10/5 @ Branch Brook Park) Ran 28:00.35 to finish first on the team and 76th overall (out of 277) at Technology XC Challenge… (11/2 @ Stockton University) Ran 27:38.8 to secure a top-three all-time 8K mark for NJCU at NJAC Championships… (11/9 @ Hudson Valley Sports Dome) Ran 29:26.6 to finish 20th overall (out of 117) and second on the team at ECAC Championships… (11/16 @ St. Lawrence University) Ran 28:58.9 to finish first on the team at DIII Atlantic Regionals…
