2021: Appeared in 18 of 19 games as a junior on the backline, making 12 starts ... made his first-career start, playing the full 90 and registered his first-career point with an assist in the 3-1 win over SUNY Cobleskill (9/11) ... also started and played a career-high 110 minutes in the 0-0 tied and PK win over D'Youville (9/12) ... made his first-career NJAC start, seeing 83 minutes against Montclair State (9/25) ... took two shots, one on goal, in his start at Rutgers-Newark (9/29) ... finished the season playing 85 minutes twice and the fuil 90 twice over the final four games.

2020-21: Appeared in one game as a first-year transfer on the backline for NJCU in the shortened Spring campaign … played 30 minutes in his collegiate debut against Rutgers-Camden (3/17).

2019-20: Attended Rutgers-Newark ... did not compete for the Scarlet Raiders.

High School: A 2019 graduate of High Tech High School … three-year varsity soccer team member … also a two-year varsity volleyball team member.

Personal: Son of Veronica and Francisco Castillo ... has two siblings ... minoring in psychology ... pursuing a career in law enforcement … also competes for the Gothic Knights’ men’s volleyball team in the Winter/Spring.
