2020-21: Appeared in all eight games as a junior, all off the bench … made his Gothic Knight debut in the season-opening win over Kean (2/5) … scored a season-high five points at Stockton (2/12), nabbing a season-best two steals and a pair of boards … saw a season-high 22 minutes in the buzzer-beating win over the Ospreys (2/13), chipping in three points, one assist and a rebound … chipped in two points and a board in 11 minutes in the NJAC First Round win over Rutgers-Camden (3/5).

2018-20: A 2020 graduate of Union County College ... was a two-year member of the Owls' basketball program.

High School: A 2018 graduate of Union High School ... two-year member of the varsity basketball team.

Personal: Son of Juliet and Bayo Akingbala ... has three siblings, David, Taiwo and Kehinde ... plans to pursue a master's degree after college and become a marriage counselor ... minoring in psychology ... has made Dean's List every semester at NJCU.
