2022: Appeared in three matches in his third season at NJCU, including one start on the back line ... made his debut in the 2-0 home win over Hunter (9/3) ... saw 27 minutes in the 4-0 win at Medgar Evers (9/9) ... earcned the start and played 55 minutes on the pitch, notching the first point of his collegiate career with an assists in the 7-0 win over York (11/3).

2021: Saw action in eight games in his second season, making four starts on the back line … made his first start of the season in the 9-1 win over York (10/11) … played all 90 minutes (season-high) in the 2-0 loss against Kean (10/13) … attempted a shot in the 5-2 win at Gallaudet (11/2).

2020-21: Played and started all five games on the backline as a rookie for the Gothic Knights in the abbreviated Spring campaign … played the full 90 three times … third on the team with 390 minutes… made his NJCU debut in the opener at Montclair State (3/13).

2019-20: Transferred to Jersey City from NJIT but did not compete for the Highlanders.

High School: A 2019 graduate of Passaic County Technical Institute … soccer team member ... team won a County and League championship during his time there ... was also a member of the swimming team ... was a member of four County and League championship teams and two State championship teams.

Personal: Son of Ronald Urteaga … has one sister, Alexa ... pursuing a career as a laboratory extract technician.
