2007 Highlights: (09/08 vs. College of Staten Island): Tagged two assists... (10/08 at City College of NY): Put the Knights ahead to stay at 9:33 of the first half, when he caught up to a thru ball from Dapia, dribbled three steps and blasted a shot from outside the box into the upper left corner for a 1-0 lead, for his first goal of the year...  (11/11 vs Hamilton College at NJIT; NCAA Second Round): Used his 6-foot-2 frame and snapped a vicious header inside the left post for his second goal of the year and a 1-0 lead... (11/14): Named the New Jersey Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Week for week 11 of the 2007 season. It is the first individual weekly honor of his career. Additionally, Modzelewski was awarded by the NJCU coaching staff on Sunday night, when he was added as a team tri-captain. He offered a part of a defense that allowed only 12 shots on goal in two NCAA games, Modzelewski’s ability to win balls in the air and on the ground limited the opposition’s chances, who did not score in his 176 minutes on the field during two NCAA games over the weekend—a 2-0 win over Castleton State College on November 10 in the NCAA First Round and a 4-1 rout of Hamilton College on November 11 in the Second Round...
2006 Highlights: (11/11 vs. Centenary College): Notched his first goal since the 2004 season, the second of his career, and his first point of the 2006 campaign, as NJCU struck first at 12:33 of the first half. He gave NJCU what proved to be the game-winning goal when he netted a header off of a corner kick from senior midfielder OMAR ALI for a 1-0 lead...
