PRed in the 800m (2:04.28) at the NJAC Outdoor Championships (5/4-5) ... PRed in the 1,500m (4:07.77), and broke his own outdoor men's program record, at the Widener Final Qualifier (5/13) ... was a part of the 4x800 team that finished with a time of 8:26.11 to break the program record at the AARTFC Outdoor Championship (5/15-16).
2022-23: Competed in nine indoor and six outdoor events ... finished the academic year with his name in the top 10 of the indoor program record books 20 times, including the all-time marks in the 3,000m (9:16.30) and 5,000m (16:29.67), as well as 11 times in the outdoor record book, including #1 in the 3,000m (9:27.52) ... PRed in the mile (4:38.20) at the John Thomas Terrier Classic (1/27-28) ... PRed with his program-record 3,000m time at the FastTrack Last Chance (2/24) ... was the runner-up with a PR in the 5,000m (16:23.05) at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic (4/14-15) ... PRed in the 1,500m (4:10.02) at Widener (5/14-15).
2021-22: Ran in nine indoor events and eight outdoor events as a junior ... ran the 3,000m four times indoors, with an indoor season-best 9:36.42 at the Seahawk Shootout (12/10) ... helped men's DMR to a time of 11:17.88 at NJACs (2/21) ... PRed in the 5,000m to start outdoors with a time of 16:33.14 at Monmouth (3/25-26) ... PRed in the 800m at TCNJ (4/2) with a time of 2:10.09 ... PRed in the 3,000m with a time of 9:27.42 at the New Captains Classic (4/8-9) ... PRed in the 1,500m with a time of 4:18.86 at the Lions' Invite (4/29-30) ... PRed in the 10,000m at NJACs (5/7-8) with a time of 35:17.35 ... placed third in the 5,000m and second in the 10,000m at ECACs (5/18-19).
2020-21: Ran in six events during outdoors ... there was no indoors season ... took part in the 5,000m three times, including a 17:02.02 at Stockton (4/2) ... competed in the 800m once with a time of 2:12.42 and once in the 1,500m with a time of 4:25.35, both at Ramapo (4/9) ... ran the 3,000m once with a time of 9:48.86 at Stockton (4/16).
2019-20: Competed in nine events during indoors ... there was no outdoor season due to COVID ... took part in the 3,000m three times, including a 9:32.81 at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/17) ... competed in the 5,000m twice, including a 16:39.24 at the NYC DIII Invite (1/31) ... ran the Mile four times, including a time of 4:39.89 at ECACs (3/6).
