PRed in the mile (4:49.01) at the Seahawk Shootout (12/9) ... was part of the fifth-place DMR (10:58.60) and sixth-place 4x400m (3:30.31) at NJAC Indoors (2/20) ... was part of the fourth-place 4x800m (8:30.73) at Ramapo (3/31-4/1) ... PRed in the 400m (55.73) at TCNJ (4/8) ... PRed in the 800m (2:02.51) at NJAC Outdoors (5/6-7).
High School: A 2022 graduate of John E. Dwyer Technology Academy ... two-year cross country and track & field team member ... was a member for the county indoor 4x800m relay championship team ... team also won the group 4 indoor championship in the 4x800m ... was a part of the record-setting 4x1600m outdoor relay ... a part of the 4x800m indoor relay that placed 14th in the emerging elite category at New Balance Nationals.
