(3/15 vs. MCLA @ Gene Cusic Collegiate Classic): Scored four runs, going 1-for-4 with a steal.
(3/22 vs. Baruch): Had four RBIs and her second homerun of the season in game two.
(3/24 vs. Stevens): Went 2-for-3 with a homerun, three RBIs and a run scored in game one and added a run in a 3-for-4 effort in game two, finishing a combined 5-for-6. Became the second player in school history to reach double figures in career homeruns in the opening game with her 10th overall and third of the season.
(3/28 @ Brooklyn): Went 1-for-3 with two RBIs in game one and scored a run in game two.
(3/29 vs. St. Joseph's - NY): Added a run and RBI in a 1-for-3 effort.
(4/6 @ Staten Island): Scored three times, including twice in the eighth inning.
(4/7 vs. Rutgers-Newark): Was 1-for-3 with her fourth homerun of the season in game one.
(4/10 @ William Paterson): Hit a solo homerun for her fifth of the season and 12th of her career in game two.

As a freshman: Bariso, the reigning First-Team All-NJAC catcher, was also named to the ECAC Division III Metro First Team at the position. As a newcomer she set a single-season school record for homeruns by a rookie while tying the overall single-season homeruns mark with seven (Jen Barletta, 2000)...She was one of only two freshmen on the All-ECAC First Team.
2011 Highlights: (3/8 vs. Worcester Polytechnic Institute): Slammed her first career homerun in the sixth inning, and finished 1-for-3. (3/9 vs. Elms College): Had two RBIs and was 2-for-4 with a run. (3/9 vs. Bridgewater State): Slammed her second homerun of the season and collected two runs and two RBIs. (3/10 vs. Regis College): Belted her third homerun of the trip and finished with three runs and two RBIs, going 3-for-4. (3/18 vs. Brooklyn College):Added 3 RBIs and 2 doubles, while hitting 3-for-7 with 2 runs.
(4/6 vs. Montclair State University): Had a single.
(4/7 vs. Baruch): Game 1 went 3-for-3 with a run and RBI...Game 2 had 3 of NJCU's 4 RBIs...Became just the fifth different player in school history to bang out five homeruns in a season and set a single-season school record for homeruns by a rookie.
(4/9 @ Rutgers-Newark): Went 1-for-3 with one run in the first match-up...Hit 4-for-4 with two runs in Game 2.
(4/14 @ College of Staten Island): Was a combined 5-for-7 in two games. (4/15 vs. William Paterson University): Smashed her sixth homerun of the season... Game 1 was 2-for-4 with two RBIs, one homer, one triple and one run. (4/19 vs. Rutgers-Camden): Was 2-for-3 in Game 1... Scored twice in Game 2. (4/22 vs. The College of New Jersey): Slammed her seventh homerun of the season in Game 1. (4/30 @ Rowan University): Had a two-run double in the third inning of Game 2. (5/6): Voted First-Team All-New Jersey Athletic Conference.Coach Quimpo on Bariso, 2011-12: “Marissa is an explosive player who has gotten stronger and faster. We are looking for her to hit the long ball for us.”High School: A June 2010 graduate of West Milford High School in West Milford, NJ…Graduated with a 3.5 GPA…Played one season of softball for the Highlanders for Coach Jim Dransfield. Also competed in two seasons of track and was Honorable Mention All-Passaic County in track in 2010…She was coached by Judy Meusel during the outdoor season and Steve Maslanek…She has also played softball for four AAU teams— Morris County Belles (Coach Mike Martino), North Jersey Renegades (Coach George Skeens), Hudson Valley Hurricanes (Coach Robert Dibarba) and the Rampage 18U Gold (Coach Nick DeGennaro).
