High School: A June 23, 2003 graduate of Woodbridge High School in Woodbridge, NJ with a 3.5 GPA where she was a four-year varsity bowler for Head Coach Michael Yannazzo…Won the 2003 Central Jersey singles championship at the state sectionals for the second time in her career as a senior, after also capturing the crown as a freshman in 2000…She is the only Woodbridge bowler to accomplish the feat in 30 years…As a senior, was named to the Greater Middlesex Conference and All-Middlesex County First-Teams and Third-Team All-State while helping lead her team to a second-place finish in the state tournament…Chosen First-Team All-Area by the Home News Tribune as a senior…Selected Second-Team All-County and Third-Team All-State in 2002 as a junior…Was a teammate of current NJCU bowler Christine Zsilavetz as a freshman and sophomore…Was a member of the Barrons’ teams that won the 2000-01 state championship her sophomore season, and Central Jersey crowns in both 1999-00 and 2000-01 (freshman and sophomore years).
Personal: Born June 06, 1985 in Edison, NJ…Full name is Tracey Marie Evans…Nickname is ‘Trey’…Parents are Rose and Gary Evans…has an older brother, Robert Evans, 27…declared major at NJCU is Criminal Justice, with the intention of becoming a forensic pathologist after graduation…Has completed 26 credits towards a degree entering the 2003-04 academic year…Volunteers annually for the New Jersey Special Olympics held in Ewing, NJ...Her father, Gary Evans, has unofficially been voted as NJCU's No. 1 women's bowling fan!
