2023-24: Competed in six indoor and five outdoor meets as a junior ... part of the second-place 4x400m (4:26.26) at Wesleyan (12/9) ... PRed in the 200m with a time of 28.59 at BU (1/26-27) ... scored twice at NJAC Indoors (2/19) as part of the fourth-place 4x200m (1:50.75) and sixth-place 4x400m (4:28.23) ... debuted in the outdoor long jump with a PR of 4.49m at Ursinus (4/5-6) ... debuted in the heptathlon (3032), PRing in the high jump (1.35m) and shot put (6.72m) at TCNJ (4/11-13) and was also part of the third-place 4x400m (4:13.89)... PRed in the javelin (26.03m) at Morgan State (4/19-20) ... earned Honorable Mention honors and placed third in the heptathlon with a PR and program-record of 3141 at NJAC Outdoors (5/4-5), notching individual PRs in the 100m-hurdles (17.25) and 800m (2:37.66) and was also part of two scoring relays in the 4x100m (51.24) and 4x400m (4:14.28).

2022-23: Competed in seven indoor and six outdoor events as a sophomore ... part of the fifth-place 4x200m (1:56.64) at the Spartan Invite (1/13) ... part of the sixth-place 4x400m (4:45.60) at NJAC Indoors (2/20) ... part of the season-best 4x400m (4:11.65) and PRed in the 400m hurdles (1:11.08) and 100m hurdles (17.57) at NJAC Outdoors (5/6-7) ... PRed in the 400m (1:04.66) at Widener (5/14-15).

2021-22: Transferred in for the Spring semester and competed in five indoor events, as well as six outdoor events ... helped team to sixth-place finishes in the 4x200m (1:54.46) and DMR (15:00.69) at NJACs (2/21) ... PRed in the 800m with a time of 2:51.46 at the Greyhound Invite (4/15) ... PRed in the 400m with a time of 1:08.11 at the Coach Pollard Invite (4/23) ... PRed in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:15.28 to place eighth at NJACs (5/7-8) ... helped 4x400m to the first-place finish and the 4x100m to a runner-up title at ECACs (5/18-19).

High School: A 2021 graduate of County Prep High School ... four-year track team member with Snyder High School ... Third Team All-County as a senior in 400m hurdles.

Personal: Daughter of Angela and Jose Adames ... pursuing a career as a financial analyst or advisor ... earned her cosmetology license in high school ... Dean's List (Fall '24, Spring '25).
