Each squad will be playing five regular-season matches, while the women will also play in their first-ever Atlantic East Championship at the end of October. The men's championship will be held in the Spring portion of the 2021-22 campaign.

Things get started first for the NJCU men when they head out to the Shawnee Inn & Golf Resort in Pennsylvania on Saturday and Sunday, September 11-12, for The Gauntlet, a 36-hole competition being put on by Premier Collegiate Tournaments. Then the women kick off their second season in history the following week on Thursday, September 16, for an 18-hole dual match against Stockton University at Blue Heron Pines Golf Club in Galloway, N.J. The men then return to Jersey on Monday, September 20, for the FDU Invitational — their only 18-hole tournament of the Fall — hosted by FDU-Florham at the Mendham Golf & Tennis Club. Later that week, on Friday and Saturday, September 24-25, they compete in the Golden Oaks Shootout, hosted by Arcadia University, at Golden Oaks Golf Club in Fleetwood, Pa.
