Dear Student-Athletes,

It is with bittersweet emotions that I am sharing my departure from my position as Senior Associate Athletic Director at New Jersey City University.

Serving you has been a privilege beyond measure. My role was to support you throughout your growth and development. But throughout my 12 years at NJCU, I found myself in constant awe of you. It was you who granted me the opportunity to grow and evolve. I learned from and witnessed all that you overcome each and every day.

We've laughed and cried in happiness and consoled one another in our darkest hours. We have shared the joy of victory and the agony of defeat. Throughout it all, championing your success has been my ultimate privilege. I cannot thank you enough for allowing me to be a part of your journey.

As my time at NJCU comes to an end, I'm left with a gaping hole in my heart as it means saying goodbye to you. You are a special, resilient, kind, and hard-working group of leaders who will impact the world in ways you cannot imagine. Though I will not be in my office, I will always be a phone call away. I promise to continue to cheer for you, fight for you, and be a resource for you no matter where this new journey takes me.

Keep inspiring, keep working hard, keep striving for greatness, and keep growing. The world needs you – now more than ever.
