GLASSBORO, N.J. — The New Jersey City University women's soccer team faced off with #RV Rowan University on the road on Wednesday afternoon, Sept. 27, in a New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) clash. The Gothic Knights fell to the Profs, 5-0.
Rowan (7-0-1, 2-0 NJAC) started it off in the fourth minute and score three more over the duration of the first half to hold a 4-0 advantage. NJCU (3-5-1, 0-2 NJAC) sophomore keeper

Lorraine Valenzuela (Bayonne, N.J./Bayonne) entered in relief for the match's final six-plus minutes and made one save. The Profs' final tally came in the 53rd before the Green and Gold's sophomore netminding duo shut out the ranked conference opponent for the rest of the day.
