The NJCU Athletic Communications department works its hardest to ensure each and every student-athlete's profile page on NJCUGothicKnights.com is as up-to-date as possible prior to and following every academic year. In order to do so, however, each student-athlete has to fill out one form per year to help us keep the information accurate.
Student-athletes will be assigned the "bio questionnaire" forms on ARMS, which is our student-athlete/roster management software here at NJCU.
- Newcomer/Transfer Student-Athletes
- Prior to your first season as a student-athlete at NJCU, you will be assigned a form on ARMS entitled First Year/Transfer Student-Athlete Bio Questionnaire
- This ensure we have all your accurate bio information from the start of your Gothic Knight athletic career.
- Simply follow the steps below to log in to ARMS and fill out your form. It should only take a few minutes.
- Returning Student-Athletes
- Prior to each returning season as a student-athlete at NJCU, you will be assigned a form on ARMS entitled Returning Student-Athlete Bio Questionnaire
- This ensures we make any changes you see that need to be made on your profile year-to-year. This will only take a couple of minutes. Please be sure to consult your current profile page while filling out this form.
- Please follow the same steps below to log into ARMS (you will not need set a new password, as you have already logged into ARMS - please skip steps 3 & 4)
How to sign up for ARMS and then fill out your ARMS Bio Questionnaire
Step 1:Â Visit the URL address https://my.armssoftware.com/arms/login

Step 2: Login using your NJCU email address as your username (e.g. jsmith1@njcu.edu)

Step 3: Use your Gothic ID as your password
(including ONLY the last seven digits of your ID number, which will always start with a 0 - e.g. 0123456)

Step 4: You will be asked to update your password. This will be your password moving forward (your username will remain as your NJCU email).
Please write your password down or save it, as it will be your password for the duration of your NJCU athletic career.

Step 5: Click on either of the two ways to see and fill out your bio questionnaire form (circled and bolded in large red circles).

Step 6: Please fill out ALL POSSIBLE fields and then click "submit" at the bottom right (the orange button). Then click "submit" again.
If the form does not submit, it means you missed a required field and must fill it in.
