WEEK of: JANUARY 28-FEBRUARY 3, 2008

For the 13th time in his career and the fifth time this year, junior All-America shooting guard DANA JOHN (Hillside, NJ/Pocono Mountain East (Pa.)) is the NJCU Men's Athlete of the Week after he averaged 14.0 points, 5.0 rebounds, 3.5 steals and 1.0 blocks per game in a 1-1 week for the Gothic Knights. He shot .400 from the field (8-20) and 90 percent from the foul line (9-10).

In a 73-66 non-conference road win over City Tech on January 28, he scored 10 points in 18 minutes, shooting 3-of-6 from the field, with five boards and four steals.

In a 52-47 loss on Homecoming on February 2, he scored 18 points (5-14 FG), including 6-of-6 from the stripe, with five rebounds and three steals.
